How to export a chat from WhatsApp
Open the chat with the person.
iPhone: tap their name at the top, scroll down, tap Export Chat. Android: tap the three dots, then More, then Export chat.
Choose Without media (it's quicker), then save it or email it to yourself.

The photo check
Scammers almost never use their own face. Most fake profiles are built from photos taken from soldiers, doctors and models online. The photo check will look at the pictures someone has sent you and tell you:
1Whether the photos appear elsewhere online under a different name, on a stock photo site or in a news story.
2Signs a photo is fake or edited: computer-generated, heavily retouched, or a screenshot of someone else’s profile.
3Whether the photos fit their story, and whether they all seem to show the same person.
4Questions to send them that a real person can answer in a minute and a scammer can’t.
